Exercise Video: Start! Walking at Home

After breakfast, I took Lorin to my parents’ house and found my mother, who’s 61, exercising.  She’s using the Start! Walking with Leslie Sansone 1 & 2 Mile Walk exercise video that my sister sent from the USA.  She has just started so we joined her.

Start your weight loss journey with a walk at home program! If you’re new to exercising, begin with the gentle-paced, 20 minute – 1 Mile – beginner program. Leslie will teach you how to increase your heart rate with low impact moves. When you’re ready, move on to the intermediate 30 minute – 2 Mile – Brisk Walk.
